About Us

Elite Class was founded by its President and CEO, Mr. David Elie. Mr. Elie is a seasoned serial Entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in business management and leadership. As graduate of York University Faculty of Business, with a Degree in Business Administration and a Certified Project Manager, Mr. Elie has leveraged his education and experience, establishing himself as a leader in his industry. Mr, Elie is a co-founder, board member and director of a mid-sized private equity and venture capital firm, Rhyno Equity Group which was established in 2012. Rhyno specializes in the acquisition of home improvement manufacturing companies across Canada, including Irpinia Kitchen’s, EuroLine Windows and Doors, and Marbel Industries.

Mr. Elie founded Elite Class Developments in 2018 but has been an avid real estate investor for 13 years conducting multiple successful flip projects then starting custom home building in 2018. Creating a vertically integrated firm, Mr. Elie attained his real estate licence in 2019 and real estate Broker designation in 2020. He has been recognized for sales excellence residential and commercial segments in 2020 and 2021. In Mr. Elie’s tenure as a real estate professional, he has completed over 40 transactions throughout the GTA valued over 30MN in assets sold. The majority of these transaction were detached homes however 20% of these properties were Town homes and commercial/industrial ends.

Mr. Elie is a member of the Mayor’s Committee for Diversity and Inclusion for the Town of Whitchurch- Stouffville.
