Ladies, join co-hosts Indu Bains & Sonya Torres for an energizing and insight-packed session designed to get you moving, both physically and professionally! We’ll kick things off with a light-hearted, inclusive line dancing lesson led by Cheatin’ Hearts. No experience necessary, just a willingness to have fun and connect. Then we’ll settle in for a delicious sponsored lunch courtesy of North & Co Studio catered by Party Jollof 234, with craft beer sampling courtesy of Muddy York Brewing Company.
Over lunch, participants will reflect on their #1 business pain point using worksheet prompts provided by our co-hosts. Responses will be written out and grouped into key themes, such as hiring, cash flow, marketing, or leadership burnout.
Next, we’ll move into mini mastermind groups based on each theme. In these small breakout conversations, you’ll explore what’s worked, what hasn’t, and exchange peer advice and resources. Each group will share back a top takeaway or “aha!” moment. From there, our co-hosts will share a few of their own “secret-not-so-secret” tried-and-true strategies: what’s worked for them in facing similar challenges, what tools and resources they rely on, and where they’ve found surprising breakthroughs.
Bonus: All key insights will be compiled and emailed to attendees in a PDF summary, including links to any resources uncovered.
We’ll close out with open networking and casual mingling, because sometimes the best ideas come over a second chug of beer or a shared laugh.

The Greater Stouffville Chamber is pleased to offer Special Interest Groups (SIGs) as part of our initiative to enhance member engagement and connectivity. These SIGs are communities within our Chamber that focus on advancing specific areas of interest, fostering collaboration among members with shared goals.
Currently, we have launched two SIGs:
Each SIG is led by a Chamber member and is designed to drive change and produce solutions through communication, meetings, and organized events. These groups provide unique opportunities to network with peers, share resources, and develop strategies to address challenges specific to their focus area.
