Following the Toronto Region Board of Trade’s Workforce Summit 2.0 in March, we understand the need for more insights, strategy and tactics for your organization to better attract young and diverse talent across the Toronto region.

In this interactive workshop collaboration between Radical Ventures and CivicAction, we’ll explore the talent landscape by the numbers, the dramatic increase in high-tech job growth in the region, opportunities to expand your talent pipeline, and practical tools and resources to help employers attract talent.
