Come join us on the International Day of Yoga for a complimentary (Karma) Yoga class.
Wednesday June 21st, 7:15pm-8:15pm at Nock Academy Yoga, 10 Commercial Street, Stouffville.

This inclusive, multi-level class will honour the roots of Yoga and celebrate the joy of Yoga movements. You can choose to attend in person or online. Everyone aged 18+ is welcome to attend, no previous Yoga experience is required.
