You are cordially invited to attend the 46th Annual General Meeting of The Whitchurch-Stouffville Chamber of Commerce. This important meeting will be held virtually on Tuesday, March 19th, 2024, from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
The Board of Directors has called for this meeting in accordance with the bylaws of the Chamber and within the required notice period. The agenda for the Annual General Meeting will include the following key items:
1. Approval of new bylaws
2. Treasurer’s report
3. Receipt of the annual financial statements
4. Appointment of an auditor
5. Election of directors
Your participation and engagement in these agenda items are crucial for the continued success and governance of our Chamber of Commerce. We encourage all members to join the virtual meeting to voice their opinions, vote on important matters, and contribute to the future direction of the Chamber.
Details on how to access the virtual meeting platform will be shared with all registered attendees closer to the meeting date. Please note that each member company is entitled to one (1) vote, and it is essential that the company identifies the individual who will cast the official vote if multiple representatives from the same company attend the meeting. This ensures a clear and accurate representation of each member company's vote during the proceedings.

These SIGs are communities within our Chamber that focus on advancing specific areas of interest, fostering collaboration among members with shared goals.
