Conceptual Framing: We all started our businesses with a vision. But over time, that vision gets blurred by client demands, team challenges, cash flow pressures, etc. This event is about returning to the vision, then using strategic tools to realign your business to match it. Using the evocative art of Bewabon Shilling as inspiration, we’ll explore the energy of our businesses, then map our current state versus our desired future using the Business Model Canvas as a mirror. This isn’t a “business as usual” workshop. It’s a creative, courageous reset.
