With uncertainty comes opportunities for those businesses who are quick to recognize them and able to adjust their businesses to capitalize on them. Being agile is more of a competitive advantage than ever before. This YRBiz session will give you:
- strategies and tools to adopt agile business planning
- insights and first hand experiences from business owners who have leveraged agile planning in restaurants, retail, tech and more
Join Jennifer McLaughlin, Owner of Cachet Restaurant, Chris Carder from Schulich Executive Education, and other leaders from BDO and the Vaughan Business Enterprise Centre as we explore agile planning and how your small business can benefit from using it.
