Lynn Brown, CHRP, CMC, Managing Director, Brown Consulting
Lynn has over 30 years of HR experience in both corporate and consulting environments. She is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC), a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL), a Certified Workplace Investigator and has her BA in Employment Relations. As Managing Director of Brown Consulting Group, Lynn provides consultative services to a wide variety of clients ranging from smaller entrepreneurial companies to large multi-nationals.
Kyle Burgis, BA, LL.B, Minken Employment Law
Since 2008, Kyle has represented employer and employee clients with respect to human rights complaints, wrongful and constructive dismissals, employment standards violations, employment contract disputes, and other workplace related issues. He also provides legal guidance on the drafting of policies, contracts and other documentation protecting the working relationship.
