About this event
Resiliency is the ability to overcome and adapt when one is faced with challenges. The World Economic Forum and Forbes cite resilience as one of the most important job skills for the future of work.
This workshop is designed to help participants build their resilience to better manage the stressors that they face in their personal and professional lives.
In this session, we will:
- explore what resiliency is
- help identify your personal stressors
- provide tools to help build your resilience and develop a personal action plan
Led by Sean Hale, Psychotherapist & Learning Development Professional, join us and learn how to respond to challenges effectively and with optimism. This is the fourth and final workshop in our Personal Growth for the Workplace series.
About the Facilitator
Sean Hale is a Psychotherapist and Learning Development Professional. As the owner of Sean Hale Coaching and Psychotherapy, Mr. Hale has over 11 years experience in change management, workshop development, group facilitation, team development and client coaching. As an individual therapist and workshop developer, his purpose is to provide understanding and psychoeducation to help clients succeed in their goals. His education includes a Bachelor Degree in Psychology, a Human Resources Postgraduate, an Adult Education Certification, a Masters Certification in Organizational Development and a Masters Degree in Counselling Psychology. Mr. Hale is a registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the CRPO and works as a therapist in private practice.
