As a result\, some employers are required by the Employment Standards Act\, 2000 to have a written policy on disconnecting from work. To help employees and employers\, the Ministry of Labour\, Training and Skills Development is hosting an online information session that will provide you information on the requirements. The session will be delivered by a subject-matter expert from the ministry who will:\n\n\n	provide an overview of the rules\n	identify key deadlines\, and\n	answer your questions about the requirements (time permitting)\n\n\nJoin us on Thursday\, July 28\, 2022 at 1:30 p.m. to learn more about your workplace rights and obligations.
