\n\nThe ability to negotiate successfully is an important skill for leadership. Women and men tend to bring different strengths to the table when negotiating. In this 90-minute workshop\, learn how women can harness their unique set of skills to become effective negotiators.

\n\nIn this session\, we will:
\n\n- \n
- discuss the importance of identifying your objectives and your limits before entering into negotiations \n
- explore how to conduct research and gather information about the other party and their interests \n
- learn how to build creative solutions that meet the interests of both parties and achieve your goals \n

\n\nThe session concludes with a 10-minute Q-and-A period.

About the facilitator
\n\nAshley Wright \;is a crypto and Web3 educator and business strategist who has a passion for helping individuals and organizations achieve their financial and career goals. With more than seven years of experience in entrepreneurship and brand development\, Ms. Wright is a trusted educator and speaker on topics ranging from cryptocurrency and blockchain to business and partnerships and career advancement.
\n\nMs. Wright is the creator of the Crypto Strategy Academy\, a seven-week crypto and blockchain coaching program and author of The Crypto Strategy Workbook for Youth\, an interactive workbook that teaches youth about crypto\, NFTs and blockchain. She is the co-founder of Crypto Babes\, a global community for women in Web3. Ms. Wright has worked with numerous brands and companies globally and continues to partner with brands that align with her mission of increasing the representation of minority communities in spaces that lack diversity.
